I have been involved in the Internet, electronic information management, technical writing and publishing industry since the spring of 1993.
Currently dba: YesTV Interactive.
Having consulted in IT and the Internet for a few years, I have a very broad, big picture view and insight into how the Internet, Media and EIM (Electronic Information Management)
systems work and are implemented, from connectivity and hosting, E-learning and education to developing online collaborative, help-desk and marketing applications. My
work over the last five years has primarily focused on the design, production and delivery of various E-Learning applications: (on demand, self paced interactive support, IPTV and
courseware for education, helpdesk, advertising and marketing over the Internet, CD, DVD and Video.)
I have also been teaching, speaking and facilitating courses and workshops in several
IT and Internet subject areas since the fall of 1994 and have recently been certified as a facilitator in Managing Workplace Conflict and Advanced Presentation Skills.
Over the last couple years, I continue to consult in E-Learning, IPTV,
Knowledge and Content Management systems, Interpersonal and Corporate communication and have recently included managing workplace conflict, conflict resolution
and relating skills education to my skill-sets as a consultant, project manager, facilitator, trainer and speaker.
